This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries. The plaintiff, Mrs. T. E. Stevenson, suffered certain injuries while a patient in the Alta Bates Hospital and thereafter she and her husband commenced this action against the hospital and Miss Ruby Pike, one of the nurses assigned to her case. Mrs. Stevenson was at the time about fifty-six jrears of age and on August 20, 1934, she suffered a stroke of apoplexy. She was taken to the Alta Bates Hospital for treatment under the care of her own physician, Dr. D. Scott Pox. As a result of the attack Mrs. Stevenson was paralyzed on the…
