MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROSEMARY M. COLLYER, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is U.S. Defendants’ motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. 1 The complaint, inter alia, alleges U.S. Defendants and Canada violated Plaintiffs’ constitutional, statutory, treaty, and contractual rights through actions affecting Plaintiffs’ interests in the Ambassador Bridge, and violations of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. § 551.
