This is a tort action arising out of an automobile accident in which the plaintiff seeks to recover for damages to her automobile allegedly caused by the negligence of the operator of the defendant’s automobile.
The answer is a general denial, and pleas of contributory negligence, violation of law, statute of limitations and assumption of the risk. The court found for the plaintiff in the sum of $1,760.69.
