In this permissive appeal we are asked to construe a 1927 mineral deed. The 1927 deed is only seven paragraphs long, and no party claims it is ambiguous. But, the parties have widely different interpretations concerning what interests the deed conveyed and the size of those interests. The Appellants are the successors in interest to Lynn Eddins, the original Grantor of the deed, and Appellees are successors in interest to John Borden, the original Grantee.
