MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment [56] filed by Defendants *413Steven Gouletas, Irene Gouletas, Desiree Witte, Victoria Gouletas, Rosalie Gouletas, Louis Gouletas, and Brittany Gouletas (the "Garvey Court Defendants").
