Jeffery Seelbach sued Justin Troy Clubb, Thomas Clubb, and Jefferson County seeking damages and injunctive relief for obstruction of a public right-of-way. After a nonjury trial, the trial court entered a judgment granting Seelbach a permanent injunction against the Clubbs, but denied Seelbach’s claims for actual and punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and court costs. The court entered a take-nothing judgment in favor of Jefferson County. Seelbach does not appeal the judgment granted in favor of Jefferson County. Seelbach does, however, appeal the trial court’s…
