MEMORANDUM OPINION
JEAN K. FITZSIMON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court is the motion (“Motion”) of debtors, Atlantic Medical Management Services, Inc. (“Atlantic Medical”) and Atlantic Skin and Cosmetic Surgery Group, P.C. (“Atlantic Skin”), against Dr. Jonathon Pontell for violation of the automatic stay as well as Dr. Pontell’s cross-motion (“Cross-Motion”) for adequate protection. The Motion asserts that Dr. Pon- tell violated the automatic stay by taking property from Atlantic Skin’s offices (the “Offices”).
