The Disciplinary Review Board having filed its decision with the Court in DRB 04-189, concluding that JOSEPH E. POVEROMO of HACKENSACK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1988, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since June 25, 2003, pursuant to Orders of this Court filed on June 25, 2003, and October 2, 2003, should be suspended from practice for a period of one year for violating RPC 1.1(a) (gross neglect), RPC 1.1(b) (pattern of neglect), RPC 1.3(lack of diligence), RPC 1.4(a) (failure to communicate with a client),RPC 1.16(b) (failure to protect a client’s…
