WEICK, Circuit Judge.

The controversy in this case arises out of the bankruptcy proceeding of Paul E. Enyart, who was adjudicated bankrupt on December 2, 1968, on his voluntary petition.

The referee in bankruptcy sustained Objections and Specification to the discharge of the bankrupt and denied his discharge. The referee’s order was affirmed by the District Court on petition for review, and was affirmed by this Court on appeal, Enyart v.
