Presently before the Court are cross-motions for partial summary judgment of the plaintiff, American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania (“American”), and the defendants, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in its corporate capacity (“FDIC”), and several former directors and officers of American Exchange Bank & Trust Company, Norman, Oklahoma (“AEB”).
