MEMORANDUM OPINION IN SUPPORT OF PARTIAL JUDGMENT

CUMMINGS, District Judge.

The first stage of a bifurcated jury trial was held in this matter regarding declaratory judgment issues of the plaintiff’s liability to the defendants on certain directors’ and officers’ liability insurance policies. The Court also entertained evidence in the non-jury trial, consolidated with the jury trial, regarding indemnification rights of the plaintiff against the defendants’ insurance agent.
