Herrmann v. Brighton German Bank Co.

The plaintiff, who is an invalid, resided for some time prior to March 18th, 1909, with his sister, Rose B. Boone. On that date Mrs. Boone went to the Brighton German Bank, in this city, and stated to the cashier of' that institution that she desired to deposit some money for her brother, who was unable to come to the bank in person. Accordingly a deposit was made *48in the savings department in the name of “Rose B. Boone for L. P. Herrmann, ’ ’ and a bank book was issued in the same name.
