On December 18, 2006, Debtor, Raymond Professional Group, Inc. (“RPG”) filed its voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Raymond Professional Group is the 100% shareholder of Raymond Management Services, Inc. n/k/a Raymond Professional Group — Design/Build, Inc.
