The plaintiff in this contract action, Yellow Page Consultants, Inc., appeals from the judgment rendered after a trial to the court in favor of the defendant, Omni Home Health Services, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) disregarded undisputed evidence in arriving at factual findings, (2) decided the case on the basis of a counterclaim that alleged fraud, which had been dismissed, and (3) ruled that there was no meeting of the minds and, therefore, no valid contract between the parties.
