In April 1946, an action was instituted by Isaac Jacobs against Samuel J. Jacobs and George Jacobs for the dissolution of the partnership doing business as Jacobs Furniture Company, for an accounting, and for the appointment of a receiver. He also charged in his complaint that Samuel had converted to his own use certain partnership assets and had purchased certain pieces of real estate with partnership funds.
