COURSE OF PROCEEDING

On December 28, 2009, Shane Micheál Torres (“Torres” or “Defendant”) filed a voluntary chapter 7 proceeding. On March 23, 2010, Bank Iowa Corporation (“Bank Iowa” or “Plaintiff’) filed a timely adversary proceeding complaint objecting to dischargeability of debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sections 523(a)(2)(A), 523(a)(2)(B) and 523(a)(6).
