Ronald J. Bohm, defendant herein, was tried before a jury and found guilty of larceny in a building, contrary to MCLA 750.360; MSA 28.592. He was sentenced to prison for a term of from two to four years. A motion for a new trial and a petition for a writ of habeas corpus were denied by the trial court, and defendant now brings this appeal.
