Appellant, Mrs. Amelia Thomas Coleman, and ap-pellee, Harold A. Coleman, were divorced in 1947 by a judgment of the Circuit Court of Shelby County. They are the parents of a child who is a minor of tender years. That fact was mentioned in the Circuit Court pleadings, but the judgment granting divorce did not award the custody of this child to any one nor make any provision for its support. The decree did not order the retention of the cause for any purpose.
