This suit was filed for the purpose of determining who should be the beneficiary of a certain life insurance policy issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America (hereinafter “Prudential”) on the life of Dewey R. Kibling, now deceased. The proceeds of the policy, $11,973.56, have been deposited by Prudential into the registry of this Court, and they are now being claimed by the defendant, Loyna Gale Bell Kibling, the estranged widow of the deceased, and by the defendant, Eugene L.
