This is a concursus proceeding. The plaintiff, Standard Life Insurance Company of the South, deposited in the Registry of the Court the sum of $39,568.46, representing benefits due under a life insurance policy issued by plaintiff on the life of Raymond Andrew Dahlquist, who is now deceased. Cited as adverse claimants to the funds on deposit are: (1) Mrs. Carolyn Boyles Dahlquist, former wife of the deceased insured; (2) Mrs. Margaret Dahlquist Franks and Dr. W. L. Dahlquist, as administrators of the succession of Raymond Andrew Dahlquist; and (3) James Ray Franks, as tutor…
