Wicklund and thirty-three other persons employed as trainmen (locomotive engineers, locomotive firemen, and brakemen) by the Poison Logging Company and Ozette Railway Company (a single employer) filed claims for benefits under the unemployment compensation act for the period of September 29, 1941, through November 15, 1941, which were allowed by the unemployment compensation division.
