— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Friedman, J.), rendered June 3, 1987, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s conviction for the crimes of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree arose out of an incident which occurred during the late evening and early morning hours of January 28 and January 29, 1986, in Long Island City.
