MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GLASSER, District Judge.
This action arises out of plaintiff Isaac Shamoun’s (“Shamoun” or “plaintiff’) alleged entitlement to retirement benefits under a defined benefit pension plan administered by defendant Board of Trustees, Liquor Salesmen’s Union Local 2 Pension Fund (the “Fund” or “defendant”).
FACTS
