The appellant was the plaintiff and the appellees the defendants in the court below.
The case made by the appellant’s complaint was this: On August 31st, 1867, the appellees William H. and John Fluff-man executed to the appellant two notes, each in the sum of $523, both with interest; the first due on December 25th, 1874, and the other on December 25th, 1875.
