This appeal results from an order entered by the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, dismissing an action brought by Martin A. Gebhardt against D.A. Davidson & Company (DAD). Gebhardt appeals.

Gebhardt’s complaint alleged that DAD wrongfully converted monies Gebhardt had previously invested in a Franklin Money Fund account, by transferring such monies to a Kemper Cash Equivalency account without Gebhardt’s authorization.
