The plaintiff corporation appeals from the trial court’s granting of the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that (1) the plaintiff failed to raise any genuine factual issue regarding whether the defendants acted in bad faith, or waived or became estopped to assert the protection of the Home Improvement Act, General Statutes § 20-418 et seq.
