Plaintiff Elise Jackson (“Jackson”) brings this action against her insurer, Defendant Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) for breach of contract and bad faith failure to pay an insurance claim. As re quired by the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (“MVFRL”), 75 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. § 1701 et seq., Defendant produces a waiver of coverage with what appears to be Jackson’s signature.
