RICE, Chief Justice.
This suit was instituted by appellant, Robert T. Pardee, against appellee, Universal Life Insurance Company, seeking recovery on a life insurance policy issued by the latter, wherein appellant’s mother, Laura H. Pardee, was the insured and appellant the beneficiary. The policy provided for the payment to the beneficiary of the sum of $150, on the death of the insured, in consideration of the payment of weekly premiums of twenty-five cents.
