This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of the second judicial district, Silver Bow County, denying the appellant’s petition to set aside a decree of adoption.

The record indicates that James and Jean Riley, plaintiffs and appellants herein, were intermarried in December, 1955, and that two children were born of that marriage. Both children are still in their minority.
