The Kansas Moline Plow company brought suit in the district court of Oklahoma county on the 11th day of September, 1898, against J. R. Sherman, to recover the sum of $1,821.76, in which amount the plaintiff claimed J. R. Sherman was indebted to it upon certain promissory notes and an open account for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered to J. R. Sherman.
