— Defendant-Appellant Miklos Sperling (Sperling) 1 appeals from a judgment entered by the trial court in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Fox and Fox Insurance Agency, Inc. (Fox) on its claim for money paid for the benefit of Sperling. Sperling claims that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the judgment on the basis of either contract or quasi-contract.

We reverse.
