Defendant-appellant, Michael Grischkan, appeals from the judgment of the Lyndhurst Municipal Court, which found that defendant violated Section 1335.08(b)(1) of the Codified Ordinances of the city of Highland Heights. This ordinance provides that all parcels of land within the city shall be graded to dispose of all surface water without ponding.
