This action was brought by August F. Karlsson, as administrator of the estate of Lars B. Odland, deceased, against Gudmund Odland, the father of Lars B. Odland, to enforce specific performance of a contract to convey real estate.
Prior to the spring of 1912, Gudmund Odland owned 80 acres of land in Sherburne county, Minn., and he and his son, Lars B.
