OPINION

RICHMOND, Chief Judge.

This action was brought by the Colonia Verde Homeowners Association to enforce the provisions of a declaration of establishment of covenants, conditions and restrictions, and for a determination of the rights of the parties regarding the maintenance and removal of trees on property owned by the association. Appellants are owners of a residence in Colonia Verde subdivision. The case was tried to the court and the relief requested by the association was granted.
