Paul Mobley was convicted of the felony murder of Marc Dixon and the aggravated assaults of Jeffrey Hunter and Craig Ferrell by shooting with a pistol. He appeals from the judgments of conviction and sentences entered thereon, following the denial of his motion for new trial.
