The Chancellor :

The Jefferson Island Salt Mining Company, the defendant-in-error, claims that the record filed by the Empire Box Corporation, the plaintiff-in-error, is defective and will not *263permit any consideration of the various questions sought to be raised by the assignments of error based thereon. The motion to dismiss these proceedings, and to strike out the record and the various assignments of error raises that question.
