Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) 56 of Defendant Wackenhut Services, Inc. (“Wacken-hut”) and five individual defendants, who are current or former Wackenhut employees (“Individual Defendants”).
