The relator applies for a writ of prohibition, the object of which is to restrain E. A. Monroe, judge, from proceeding further in the trial and determination of the case of Rosema D’Aunoy, wife, vs. Joseph Hernandez, husband, now pending before him, and of all motions and exceptions relating to said case.

The facts connected with this application are briefly as follows:
