Appeal from Polls District Court. — HoN. James A. Howe, Judge. Suit iu equity to subject certain real estate to the lien of a judgment obtained by plaintiff against the Prospect Park. Methodist Episcopal Church. Decree dismissing bill, and plaintiff appeals.

Briefly stated, the plaintiff claims that in the year 1887 the defendant was incorporated for religious purposes under the laws of this State, and assumed the name of Prospect Park Methodist Episcopal Church, and that thereafter, by proper proceedings, the name of the corporation was changed to North Des Moines Methodist Episcopal Church. It is further alleged that prior to the beginning of this action plaintiff obtained a judgment against the corporation in the district court of Polk county, Iowa, under the name of Prospect Park Methodist Episcopal Church, which judgment is still unpaid, and…
