— Lawrence S. Jorgensen brought this action against the Oregon-Washington Railroad & Navigation Company, a corporation, under the Federal employers’ liability act, to recover judgment for injuries sustained by him on September 14, 1931, as a result of being thrown from a track motor car alleged to have been negligently operated by the defendant over a spring frog on the railroad track.
