This suit was filed by appellants Cambridge Shores Homeowners Association, a nonprofit corporation, and nine individual property owners against appellees Spring Valley Lodge Company, a corporation, and Mrs. Dorothy Maxine Schleusner, a widow. Appellants seek to enjoin appellees from operating a commercial enterprise on Tract A of Cambridge Shores Addition in Gray-son County, Texas, which operation they allege is in violation of deed restrictions applicable to the whole addition.
