This is an action in trover for a stock of goods claimed to have been purchased by appellee from Baines & Co., co-appellants with the Bewlins. Each count in the declaration avers that appellee was in the possession of the goods, with the usual allegations of conversion by defendants. If appellee acquired possession, it was on Saturday after the taking of the invoice. If he was in possession, conversion is sufficiently proved, and the judgment should be affirmed.
