Buffalo Transportation, Inc. (“Buffalo Transportation”) petitioned pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(e)(8) for review of a final order of the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer for the Executive Office of Immigration Review (“OCAHO”) that found it to have committed substantive violations of Section 274A(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) and affirmed the imposition of fines by Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department of Homeland Security (“ICE”).
