This appeal stems from Craig Cleveland’s action against Sinecure Investments LLC (“Sinecure”) and S & S Properties LLC (“S & S”) (collectively, “Sinecure”) and Deutsche National Trust Company (“Deutsche Bank”) to obtain clear title to real property in Prentiss County, Mississippi.
