Southerland, C. J.:

Diamond State Telephone Company furnishes telephone service within the State of Delaware. It applied to the Public Service Commission for an increase in rates. After hearings the Commission made findings of fact and on January 15, 1958 entered an order based thereon. The Company appealed to the Superior Court and sought revision of the order in four respects. That court sustained the Company, and entered an order revising the Commission’s order in those respects.
