PRO, District Judge.

Before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss (# 9) filed on March 10, 1993, by Defendants Unbelievable, Inc., d/b/a Frontier Hotel & Gambling Hall (“Frontier”) and Clara La-combe (“Lacombe”). Plaintiff Heather Devon (“Devon”) filed an Opposition (# 13) on March 25, 1993. Defendants filed a Reply (# 15) on April 5, 1993.

In her Complaint, Devon alleges that on or about November 7, 1991, she was playing a dollar slot machine at the Frontier. According to Devon, she had been playing one particular slot machine, #2614, since early the prior evening. Devon alleges that at 8:45…
