This is an action in ejectment from the district court of Ottawa county. Defendants in error, plaintiffs -below, recovered judgment, and plaintiffs in error, defendants below, have appealed to this court. Minnie Tannehill was a Cherokee Indian by blood of less degree than full blood, a citizen and allottee of the Cherokee Nation, and there was set apart to her an allotment of the lands of said nation, described as. follows: E. y2 of the S. E. % of the N. E. 1-4; S. W; 3-4 of the S. E. 1-4; N. E. 1-4 of the N. E. 1-4 and the N. W. 1-4 of the S. E. 1-4 of section 35, T. 28 N., R. 22 east,…
