This matter is before the court on an appeal of a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court approving a disclosure statement filed by creditor/appellee Bank of Geneva (“Bank”). The debtor/appellant (“Snyder”) objected to the disclosure statement, claiming that it did not adequately inform certain creditors. The bankruptcy court indicated its approval of the disclosure statement on April 25, 1985, and denied Snyder’s motion to reconsider on September 16, 1985. Snyder then filed his notice of appeal.
