For brevity the plaintiff in error will be referred to as defendant.
The defendant was convicted in the district court of Tulsa county upon an information charging her with the crime of receiving stolen property, and was by the verdict of the jury convicted and sentenced to a term of 5 years in the state penitentiary, and from such verdict and sentence appeals to this court. Defendant assigns various errors, several of which will be considered.
