¶ 1. We review the referee's report and recommendation that the license of Attorney Thomas A. Fadner, II, to practice law in Wisconsin be revoked and that Attorney Fadner be ordered to pay restitution to the Wisconsin Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection (the Fund) in the amount of $12,500. Based on our independent review of the matter, we adopt the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law, which were made after entering a default judgment against Attorney Fadner.
